For more than half a century, our organization has stood for opportunity, inclusion, and partnership. Our new name honors that history while embracing the future we’re building: one where people and businesses rise together through purpose-driven programs and manufacturing, creating inclusive opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Introducing ALULA. We carry our legacy forward with renewed energy and a vision for broader impact. In Latin, alula means “small wing” — the part of a bird’s wing that enhances lift and stability in flight. It’s a fitting symbol for a mission that has always been about helping people overcome barriers, achieve independence, and soar through employment and inclusive community connections.
